Lamps brighten a dwelling, but when it comes to absence of people, they stay unperceived. Residencies lacking people presence remain unlit. Nobody to greet the illumination, no one's dwelling to lighten up. Empty houses stay empty of illumination, leaving the lamps without a role. Illumination searches humans, but in not a soul's property, there's not a soul to light up.
